Reservations and sales of airline tickets are subject to the General Conditions for Reservations and Sales of Airline Tickets (to which the provisions of this Contract are added). For tourist packages, the rates on the site are informative and may change at any time. Reservation requests made on the site do not guarantee that seats and rates will be blocked. After making the request on the site, a <strong>Natura Travel <\/strong> agent will confirm the rate by email or phone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> acts as an agent for third party providers such as: IATA accredited airlines, hotels, others (Tourism Service Providers). <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> assumes no responsibility for the tourism products and services offered by the Tourism Service Providers and does not guarantee in any way (either explicitly or implicitly) the accuracy or quality of the products and services reflected on this Site.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Information published on the Site<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Natura Travel<\/strong>offers general information through the Site, for advisory purposes. In case of any ambiguities, please contact us by e-mail, at [ <a href=\"mailto: office@naturatravel.ro \"> office@naturatravel.ro <\/a>], to receive assistance from one of our consultants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Tourism Service Providers&#8217; Conditions<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Any reservation or reservation request made on the Site or by phone, e-mail will be considered as your intention to purchase a specific tourist product or service from <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong>. If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> and this contract will come into force. The actual issuance of airline tickets, making changes to airline ticket dates, cancellations of airline tickets or vouchers, issuing hotel vouchers, travel insurance and any other actions requiring human intervention will be done during <strong>Natura Travel&#8217;s working hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All tourist services published on the Site are subject to the availability of the Tourist Service Providers. The terms and conditions of the Tourist Service Provider (including passenger transportation rules imposed by airlines, hotel check-in\/check-out times, cancellation\/modification conditions of tourist services) will apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions of this Site.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When using this Site, you may notice references to various conditions applicable to special offers. Please read these terms carefully, and for details, contact <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You are directly responsible for complying with the conditions imposed by the Travel Service Provider regarding boarding times, flight reconfirmation or any other rules. Please note that the minimum boarding time (before departure) recommended by airlines is 120 min. for flights within Europe, 180 min. for flights outside Europe, and 90 min. for flights within Romania. Some airlines require you to reconfirm your flight at least 72 hours before departure. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the cancellation of your flight reservation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Airline ticket conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Booking airline tickets<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Airline ticket reservations can be made online, directly on the Site, via email or by phone. Any reservation made on the site, email or phone is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions and the special conditions imposed by the airlines and which are presented to you in the booking confirmation email or by phone, by <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> consultants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For certain flights (low cost, combinations of scheduled and low cost airlines, other flight combinations), reservations cannot be confirmed on the site, therefore your request will consist of a reservation request that will be subsequently processed by <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> consultants. They will communicate to you the availability of seats and the price of tickets that can be confirmed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to issue airline tickets, it is necessary to make their payment. <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> will provide a multitude of payment methods, depending on the conditions imposed by each individual company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When making a reservation, you will be informed of the payment terms provided by the airlines. For airline reservations, most airline companies require that payment for tickets be made within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours, during which time <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> guarantees the availability of seats and rates. You will find this information available on the page and in the booking confirmation email. If payment is not made within the communicated period, the airline reserves the right to automatically cancel the tickets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For low cost tickets, reservations cannot be made without payment being recorded in <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong>&#8216;s accounts, therefore <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> does not guarantee the reservation of seats and the rates communicated at the time of the reservation request. These will only be guaranteed after payment is made and the tickets are issued.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Attention: between the time of making reservation requests on the website, by email or by phone and the time of paying for the flight tickets and viewing the payment in the <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> account by its employees, fare changes may occur or seats may no longer be available. In these situations, <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> will notify passengers and communicate the next fare or propose new flight options that meet their needs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Cancellations \/ Changes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you wish to cancel or modify the reserved or purchased service (and the Travel Service Provider allows this), it is your responsibility to inform <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> in writing or by phone of your intentions. In certain cases, you may not be able to cancel \/ modify certain travel services or you will have to comply with certain requirements for these actions. <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> or the Travel Service Provider accepts all forms of written requests. <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> or the Travel Service Provider cannot cancel \/ modify the travel service before receiving your firm request. You may cancel your reservation through the Site in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Travel Service Provider.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the event of a change to a reservation (including, but not limited to, cancellations, refunds, name changes), <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> reserves the right to apply certain fees to cover the administrative costs that may result from this action. These fees differ from the fees imposed directly by the Travel Service Provider.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In case of cancellation of airline tickets\/tourist services for voluntary reasons, the service fee charged by <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> at the time of issuing the ticket\/tourist services is not refunded.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In case of force majeure and not only, the airline may cancel or delay the flight, as well as cancel the reservation without prior notification to the Passenger, with the money being refunded to the passenger or new flight options being proposed. In all these cases, the passenger will either be informed directly by the airline or by <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> representatives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Baggage<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each airline has its own baggage transportation rules. This information is presented to you on the website, during the booking process or by <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> consultants, by email or by phone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For some airlines, hand luggage and\/or checked baggage is included in the fare communicated on the site. For low-cost companies and some airline companies, baggage is charged separately from the ticket price and this information will be provided to you during the booking process. Baggage can be purchased at the time of booking or after issuing the flight tickets, but no later than check-in.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each airline has different dimensions (number of kilograms or length \/ width \/ height) for hand or checked baggage. If you do not fit into these dimensions, the airline has the right to charge you extra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Check-in<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Check-in at the airport can be done for both airline and low-cost airlines, but an additional fee is charged for low-cost airlines. To avoid paying an additional fee, <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> recommends that you check-in online. Information about online check-in will be communicated to you by <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> agents at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Natura Travel airline ticket discount campaigns<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> reserves the right to run, in parallel, several discount campaigns on flight ticket offers, the discounts not being mandatory to be applied to all flight ticket reservations. The discounts are established according to the marketing campaigns run by <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Discounts or discount coupons can be combined with other discount campaigns or discount coupons and are applied only according to the rules of each individual discount campaign.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Discounts or discount coupons do not apply to customers who make reservations following flight ticket searches on comparison sites (Ex: Momondo, Skyscanner etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>General conditions for the sale and reservation of airline tickets<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> Commercial Company is a TOURISM AGENCY whose business activity includes reservations &#8211; sales of airline tickets for domestic and international flights, tourist packages, domestic and international accommodations, directly or through intermediaries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to perform this chapter of services within its scope of activity, the company is authorized by the airlines that operate the flights; it acts only as an intermediary for these companies and is subject to the rules and commercial restrictions imposed by the airlines, as direct providers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Hereinafter, we will briefly name:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Commercial Company <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> <strong> SRL &#8211; AGENCY<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Airline &#8211; <strong>COMPANY<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The customer who books and\/or buys the plane ticket &#8211; <strong>THE PASSENGER<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The document on which the flight is based &#8211; <strong>FLIGHT TICKET<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The reservation &#8211; sale of airline tickets is made under the following conditions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><strong>SEAT RESERVATIONS<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Seat reservations for flights are made using international computerized reservation systems, which allow the agency to access the company&#8217;s database and effectively reserve seats for a specific flight for potential passengers.<\/li>\n<li>Reservations are free and must be made before the departure date.<\/li>\n<li>Once the reservation is made, the passenger will receive information from the agency regarding the flight price (valid on the date of reservation), as well as information regarding the conditions, restrictions and rules applicable to the plane ticket that can be purchased based on that reservation.<\/li>\n<li>All conditions, rules and restrictions applicable to a flight ticket are those dictated by the airline as well as by other factors (e.g. visa requirements), independent of the agency&#8217;s will. These rules, as well as the price of the flight ticket, may be modified, by the will of those who imposed them, until the actual purchase of the ticket, without the agency being held liable in any way.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>ISSUING AIRLINE TICKETS. PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>The issuance of reserved airline tickets and their payment are made according to the conditions imposed by each individual company. The passenger is obliged to inform himself about the term until which his reservation is valid and to appear on time to pay for the ticket, respectively to order the issuance of the ticket, in order to take possession of it. The terms may be changed at any time by the company, in which case the agency will notify the passenger about the change, without being held liable in any way by the passenger for any possible cancellation of the reservation.<\/li>\n<li>The contractual relationship between the agency and the passenger arises when the passenger has paid for the airline ticket and taken possession of it. Before actually paying for the ticket, the passenger is obliged to inform the agency about all the conditions and restrictions applicable to that ticket and to read these general conditions.<\/li>\n<li>The passenger can pay for the plane ticket in RON (Lei), EUR, at the exchange rate used by the National Bank of Romania on that day, to which a 2% foreign exchange risk fee is added.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>AIRLINE TICKET PRICES<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>The prices of airline tickets sold through the agency are the result of a complex system of tariff rules, contractual tariffs, tariffs published in centralized reservation systems, special tariffs, etc. Under these conditions, each flight requires the calculation by the specialized agent of the price applicable to the respective airline ticket. The same flight, with the same company, under the same travel conditions, may generate different prices. Given the multitude of prices applicable to airline tickets, these, as well as the rules applicable to them, cannot be displayed or published. Also, the information regarding the rules, which come from written or computerized communications by the company, through centralized reservation systems or directly to the agency, have a continuous nature, the changes may be permanent, which is why they cannot be translated and published in any document.<\/li>\n<li>Sales prices are not necessarily listed on airline tickets. Sales prices arise from the airline ticketing rules established by the company, which alone has the power to challenge the way a price is listed on a particular airline ticket.<\/li>\n<li>The price of a plane ticket becomes firm, along with all the conditions applicable to it, only when it is recorded on the collection document drawn up by the agency (tax invoice).<\/li>\n<li>Airline tickets issued by the agency are the property of IATA &#8220;BSP Romania&#8221; as a representative of the member airlines, the proceeds from the tickets sold are settled with IATA BSP Romania, for which reason the agency cannot be held liable for the way in which it established the price of an airline ticket except by this body or by the company for which it issued the ticket.<\/li>\n<li>The price of any airline ticket implies special conditions, rules and restrictions applicable to the trip to which the respective document specifically refers. The passenger is obliged to inform himself about these rules before purchasing the respective ticket. After purchasing the ticket, the passenger is considered to have taken note of all these rules; he can no longer claim that he was not informed, once he has come into possession of the airline ticket.<\/li>\n<li>The price of the plane ticket usually includes airport taxes. However, there are situations, independent of the agency&#8217;s will, in which, during the trip, the passenger may be asked for other taxes that were not initially charged, in which case the agency cannot be held liable.<\/li>\n<li>The service fees (commissions) applied by <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> are included in the airfares and may vary from one offer to another. <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> reserves the right to decide which service fees it applies. For additional services (including, but not limited to: luggage, preferential seats, sports equipment, pets, etc. &#8211; when these are allowed by the airline), purchased after the issuance of the airfares, <strong>Natura Travel<\/strong> reserves the right to apply a service fee in the amount of 5 euros\/passenger\/flight segment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>In the event of a change to a reservation (including, but not limited to, cancellations, refunds, name changes), Natura Travel reserves the right to apply certain fees to cover the administrative costs that may result from this action. These fees differ from the fees imposed directly by the Travel Service Provider.<\/li>\n<li>In case of cancellation of airline tickets\/tourist services for voluntary reasons, the service fee charged by Natura Travel at the time of issuing the ticket\/tourist services is not refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>FLIGHT TICKET<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>A plane ticket is the document, document or electronic agreement on the basis of which the flight is made. The plane ticket is issued by the agency but is the property of the airline for which it was issued.<\/li>\n<li>The passenger who owns the purchased airline ticket is obliged to keep it in good condition and to present it upon boarding in order to be admitted to the flight. The loss or damage of the airline ticket by the passenger does not entitle him to receive a new ticket, the failure to take the flight for this reason falls exclusively on the passenger, without him being able to claim any kind of compensation from the agency or the company.<\/li>\n<li>The terms of the contract and the information on the flight ticket supplement these general conditions. The passenger who has taken possession of the flight ticket is deemed to have taken note of all this information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>The agency is responsible for correctly issuing airline tickets and informing the passenger in good faith about the conditions applicable to the airline ticket sold.<\/li>\n<li>Passengers will be informed by displaying these general conditions of sale of airline tickets in a visible place in the agency, as well as by presenting, at the express request of the passenger, the company&#8217;s special conditions of carriage applicable to the flight in question, without the need for a signature from the passenger to certify that he has been informed.<\/li>\n<li>The passenger is obliged to read these general conditions displayed in the agency before purchasing the plane ticket. Once the plane ticket is purchased, it is assumed that the passenger has taken note of all the information related to the respective ticket, and he can no longer subsequently invoke ignorance of them and claim any compensation from the agency.<\/li>\n<li>The passenger is required to report for boarding for the flight at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure time, so that the necessary formalities can be completed and in special cases, according to the information provided by the agency.<\/li>\n<li>The agency is not liable and cannot be claimed compensation because the passenger did not fly, under the following conditions:\n<ul>\n<li>the passenger did not show up on time for boarding (1 hour and 30 minutes before the departure time indicated on the ticket)<\/li>\n<li>the passenger is denied boarding due to problems with his\/her personal documents (including lack of an entry visa for the destination country, false visa, banned passport, etc.) or in the event of an unjustified refusal by the authorities to allow travel.<\/li>\n<li>other circumstances or cases of force majeure, which the agency could not foresee or avoid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The agency is not responsible for delays or schedule changes of the airline for which the ticket was issued, for the quality of the flight or for services related to the flight (e.g. lost luggage), obligations that fall directly on the company. In such situations, the passenger will contact the carrier directly, which will compensate the passenger in accordance with international regulations.<\/li>\n<li>The passenger may cancel the purchased flight ticket at any time before the departure date. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, the rule assumes that the passenger will be charged a penalty of 100% of the ticket value and the related airport taxes. If the company&#8217;s rules allow more advantageous return conditions, the agency will apply these rules in favor of the passenger.<\/li>\n<li>The passenger may modify the original ticket purchased under the conditions established by the company for which the ticket was issued, for each individual case. As a rule, a penalty of 100% of the value of the original ticket will be applied and if the company allows more advantageous conditions, the agency will apply these conditions in favor of the passenger.<\/li>\n<li>The passenger cannot use only the component parts of the flight related to the purchased ticket. The passenger&#8217;s failure to show up for the first flight is considered a waiver of the ticket and the provisions of these general conditions apply.<\/li>\n<li>The passenger cannot transfer the plane ticket to a third party.<\/li>\n<li>No-show for the flight means loss of the plane ticket, with a penalty of 100% of the ticket value.<\/li>\n<li>In the event that the passenger, through his own fault, only partially uses the flights listed in the purchased airline ticket, he will not be able to claim any compensation from the agency or company for which the ticket was issued.<\/li>\n<li>The passenger is obliged to ensure that he has all the legal documents necessary to make the trip (including but not limited to: passport, visa, power of attorney, health certificate, notarial power of attorney), the agency having no liability to the passenger if he is denied boarding or entry into the destination country for this reason. The refusal to board for one of these reasons falls exclusively on the passenger, without the passenger being able to claim compensation from the agency.<\/li>\n<li>The agency will inform the passenger in good faith of the formalities necessary for the requested trip, according to the information provided by the computerized reservation system, but cannot be held responsible for the veracity of this information nor be held liable for having provided it or not, because the information service is provided additionally and is not related to the airline ticket issuance service.<\/li>\n<li>The agency is not liable for any damage or inconvenience caused to the passenger during the flight or due to schedule changes, flight delays, etc., circumstances beyond the control and will of the agency.<\/li>\n<li>Due to the situation created by the massive requests for political asylum or illegal stays in Western countries, the authorities of all states, even in the presence of an entry visa issued by the embassies of the respective countries in Romania, may refuse without explanation to allow the passenger to cross the border or board the plane. In such situations, the agency cannot be asked for compensation, because the impossibility of carrying out the transport is due to the act of a third party.<\/li>\n<li>If the passenger&#8217;s purchased airline ticket is stolen, based on a self-declaration and supporting documents from the Police, he can request the agency to issue a duplicate of the respective ticket, without paying additional costs, with the consent of the airline for which the ticket was issued.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>COMPLAINTS<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Any complaint regarding the purchased airline ticket must be made in writing, within a maximum of 7 days from the date of the event complained of.<\/li>\n<li>Complaints that are not made in writing will not be taken into account.<\/li>\n<li>The agency will forward the respective complaint to the airline for which the ticket was issued and the solution given will be that given by the airline, as the owner of the ticket. The agency will inform the passenger about the solution given by the company to the complaint, in writing, within 3 days of receiving the response from the company.
