Contract between User and SC Natura Travel SRL
Contract between the user (User, you) and SC Natura Travel SRL (www.naturatravel.ro, we).
Please read these contractual terms and conditions (Terms & Conditions) carefully before using the website www.naturatravel.ro (Site).
Site
The site is offered to you by SC Natura Travel SRL, headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, Piata Unirii no. 10, Ground floor, Ap. 10, Cluj County.
Please note that all correspondence regarding Customer Service should be sent to this address.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By using this Site or ordering tourist services via email, telephone, you agree in full to these Terms & Conditions, without any other restriction. If you do not agree with any of the points described, you may not use this Site in any way.
SC Natura Travel SRL Services
SC Natura Travel SRL provides you with an automatic system that offers you the opportunity to search and check availability for various tourist services and allows you to make the desired reservation. Reservations and sales of airline tickets are subject to the General Conditions for Reservations and Sales of Airline Tickets (to which the provisions of this Contract are added). For tourist packages, the rates on the site are informative and may change at any time. Reservation requests made on the site do not guarantee that seats and rates will be blocked. After making the request on the site, a Natura Travel agent will confirm the rate by email or phone.
Natura Travel acts as an agent for third party providers such as: IATA accredited airlines, hotels, others (Tourism Service Providers). Natura Travel assumes no responsibility for the tourism products and services offered by the Tourism Service Providers and does not guarantee in any way (either explicitly or implicitly) the accuracy or quality of the products and services reflected on this Site.
Information published on the Site
Natura Traveloffers general information through the Site, for advisory purposes. Please note that the information published on the Site may be modified at any time.
Natura Travel does not guarantee that the information on the Site (including, but not limited to, rates, descriptions or dates) may not contain errors or omissions, but we will make every effort to correct (correctable) errors as soon as they are brought to our attention.
Language of publication of information
Natura Travel makes every effort to ensure that on the Romanian version of the Site, the relevant information regarding the services offered and the terms applicable to a particular service are published in Romanian, however, due to the fact that a large part of the information in question is taken from an international reservation system, certain information, conditions applicable to certain services as well as other details that may influence the proper use of the services offered, may be in English. In case of any ambiguities, please contact us by e-mail, at [ [email protected] ], to receive assistance from one of our consultants.
Tourism Service Providers’ Conditions
Any reservation or reservation request made on the Site or by phone, e-mail will be considered as your intention to purchase a specific tourist product or service from Natura Travel. If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Natura Travel and this contract will come into force. The actual issuance of airline tickets, making changes to airline ticket dates, cancellations of airline tickets or vouchers, issuing hotel vouchers, travel insurance and any other actions requiring human intervention will be done during Natura Travel’s working hours.
All tourist services published on the Site are subject to the availability of the Tourist Service Providers. The terms and conditions of the Tourist Service Provider (including passenger transportation rules imposed by airlines, hotel check-in/check-out times, cancellation/modification conditions of tourist services) will apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions of this Site.
When using this Site, you may notice references to various conditions applicable to special offers. Please read these terms carefully, and for details, contact Natura Travel.
You are directly responsible for complying with the conditions imposed by the Travel Service Provider regarding boarding times, flight reconfirmation or any other rules. Please note that the minimum boarding time (before departure) recommended by airlines is 120 min. for flights within Europe, 180 min. for flights outside Europe, and 90 min. for flights within Romania. Some airlines require you to reconfirm your flight at least 72 hours before departure. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the cancellation of your flight reservation.
Airline ticket conditions
Booking airline tickets
Airline ticket reservations can be made online, directly on the Site, via email or by phone. Any reservation made on the site, email or phone is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions and the special conditions imposed by the airlines and which are presented to you in the booking confirmation email or by phone, by Natura Travel consultants.
For certain flights (low cost, combinations of scheduled and low cost airlines, other flight combinations), reservations cannot be confirmed on the site, therefore your request will consist of a reservation request that will be subsequently processed by Natura Travel consultants. They will communicate to you the availability of seats and the price of tickets that can be confirmed.
In order to issue airline tickets, it is necessary to make their payment. Natura Travel will provide a multitude of payment methods, depending on the conditions imposed by each individual company.
When making a reservation, you will be informed of the payment terms provided by the airlines. For airline reservations, most airline companies require that payment for tickets be made within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours, during which time Natura Travel guarantees the availability of seats and rates. You will find this information available on the page and in the booking confirmation email. If payment is not made within the communicated period, the airline reserves the right to automatically cancel the tickets.
For low cost tickets, reservations cannot be made without payment being recorded in Natura Travel‘s accounts, therefore Natura Travel does not guarantee the reservation of seats and the rates communicated at the time of the reservation request. These will only be guaranteed after payment is made and the tickets are issued.
Attention: between the time of making reservation requests on the website, by email or by phone and the time of paying for the flight tickets and viewing the payment in the Natura Travel account by its employees, fare changes may occur or seats may no longer be available. In these situations, Natura Travel will notify passengers and communicate the next fare or propose new flight options that meet their needs.
Cancellations / Changes
If you wish to cancel or modify the reserved or purchased service (and the Travel Service Provider allows this), it is your responsibility to inform Natura Travel in writing or by phone of your intentions. In certain cases, you may not be able to cancel / modify certain travel services or you will have to comply with certain requirements for these actions. Natura Travel or the Travel Service Provider accepts all forms of written requests. Natura Travel or the Travel Service Provider cannot cancel / modify the travel service before receiving your firm request. You may cancel your reservation through the Site in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Travel Service Provider.
In the event of a change to a reservation (including, but not limited to, cancellations, refunds, name changes), Natura Travel reserves the right to apply certain fees to cover the administrative costs that may result from this action. These fees differ from the fees imposed directly by the Travel Service Provider.
In case of cancellation of airline tickets/tourist services for voluntary reasons, the service fee charged by Natura Travel at the time of issuing the ticket/tourist services is not refunded.
In case of force majeure and not only, the airline may cancel or delay the flight, as well as cancel the reservation without prior notification to the Passenger, with the money being refunded to the passenger or new flight options being proposed. In all these cases, the passenger will either be informed directly by the airline or by Natura Travel representatives.
Baggage
Each airline has its own baggage transportation rules. This information is presented to you on the website, during the booking process or by Natura Travel consultants, by email or by phone.
For some airlines, hand luggage and/or checked baggage is included in the fare communicated on the site. For low-cost companies and some airline companies, baggage is charged separately from the ticket price and this information will be provided to you during the booking process. Baggage can be purchased at the time of booking or after issuing the flight tickets, but no later than check-in.
Each airline has different dimensions (number of kilograms or length / width / height) for hand or checked baggage. If you do not fit into these dimensions, the airline has the right to charge you extra.
Check-in
Check-in at the airport can be done for both airline and low-cost airlines, but an additional fee is charged for low-cost airlines. To avoid paying an additional fee, Natura Travel recommends that you check-in online. Information about online check-in will be communicated to you by Natura Travel agents at the time of booking.
Natura Travel airline ticket discount campaigns
Natura Travel reserves the right to run, in parallel, several discount campaigns on flight ticket offers, the discounts not being mandatory to be applied to all flight ticket reservations. The discounts are established according to the marketing campaigns run by Natura Travel.
Discounts or discount coupons can be combined with other discount campaigns or discount coupons and are applied only according to the rules of each individual discount campaign.
Discounts or discount coupons do not apply to customers who make reservations following flight ticket searches on comparison sites (Ex: Momondo, Skyscanner etc.).
General conditions for the sale and reservation of airline tickets
The Natura Travel Commercial Company is a TOURISM AGENCY whose business activity includes reservations – sales of airline tickets for domestic and international flights, tourist packages, domestic and international accommodations, directly or through intermediaries.
In order to perform this chapter of services within its scope of activity, the company is authorized by the airlines that operate the flights; it acts only as an intermediary for these companies and is subject to the rules and commercial restrictions imposed by the airlines, as direct providers.

Tourist package conditions and city break and tour operator offers
City-break tourist offers
Being a weekend vacation or an extended weekend, Natura Travel offers its clients a very convenient way to personalize their vacation. As a rule, a city break offer offered by Natura Travel consists of the following tourist services: transportation (preferably by plane), accommodation and optional meals, depending on the chosen hotel. The offer is varied, for any destination requested by the client.
For marketing purposes and to reduce the time spent searching separately for the tourist services included in a city break, Natura Travel offers its customers the opportunity to view these services presented in a single package offer. The services included in a city break can be purchased separately, as they are the same services presented in the offer on the site or customers can request a personalized offer and in this case, the tourist services may be different from those promoted on the site.
Tour operator tourist offers
Natura Travel offers its clients tour operator-type tourist services for resale (charters, circuits, cruises or any other service promoted by partner tour operator travel agencies).
General terms and conditions of city break and tour operator offers
The terms and conditions of the reservation differ depending on each tourist product included in the city break offer and these depend on the rules imposed by the partners providing tourist services with which Natura Travel collaborates. We note that reservations will be made depending on their availability with Natura Travel partners and depending on the company’s terms and conditions, mentioned on the website www.naturatravel.ro or by Natura Travel operators for each service chosen separately.
Natura Travel assumes no responsibility for the tourist products and services offered by Tourist Service Providers (such as: airlines, hotels, car rental companies, others) and does not guarantee in any way (either explicitly or implicitly) the accuracy or quality of the products and services reflected on this Site.
Any reservation made online or offline (by phone, email or directly at the Natura Travel agency) implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of Natura Travel and the rules provided in the contract with the tourist (for tour-operator type offers).
Hotel reservation conditions
For most hotels, the normal check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Attention! These times may differ from one hotel to another. Please check this information on the website www.naturatravel.ro or consult Natura Travel agents.
If you arrive at the hotel after the check-in time indicated above, your rooms will be held until 18:00 (local time) on the date of arrival. If you arrive at the hotel after this time, please specify in the reservation (if there is a comments field) or inform us of this possibility, also specifying the estimated time of arrival. If the hotel is not notified of this, it has the right to resell the rooms.
Camera legend:
Children up to 2 years old are considered infants and in order to obtain a baby cot for them, a confirmation from the hotel is required. Please specify if you want a baby cot in the comments field of the reservation (if it exists) or communicate it to us by email, immediately after completing the reservation.
The allocation of rooms to tourists is made by the accommodation unit (except in cases where a specific room is reserved and paid for in advance).
If honoring the reservation is not possible (for well-founded reasons), the accommodation unit (for reservations made through Accommodation Providers or Natura Travel – for other reservations) is obliged to offer you accommodation in another hotel unit, of the same or higher category. In this case, the tourist is obliged to accept one of the alternatives. In the case of special events (fairs, exhibitions, congresses, sporting, religious or political events, legal holidays, etc.) reservations may have special terms and conditions (minimum number of nights, higher rates, special cancellation or modification policy, payment terms, etc.).
Payment for reservations must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions specified at the time of booking. Failure to comply with them will result in cancellation of the reservation.
Natura Travel hotel discount campaigns
Natura Travel reserves the right to run, in parallel, several discount campaigns on hotel offers, the discounts not being mandatory to be applied to all hotels. The discounts are established depending on the hotel provider and the discount policy of Natura Travel.
The calculation method of the offers is as follows: the rate received from the provider (the cut price) can be discounted by several percentages. Thus, customers who book only accommodation from Natura Travel can benefit from discounts at a number of hotels in our database (the discount percentage may be different for each hotel, depending on location, category, provider, etc.).
Cancellation and reservation modification conditions:
Depending on the cancellation policy of the reservation, cancellation can be made in writing to Natura Travel. The written request must be made by the reservation holder, Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm, by email, fax or post.
The cancellation policy applied to each reservation depends on the type of service, the travel service provider, the travel date or other factors indicated by the Travel Service Provider. The cancellation policy will be specified at the time of booking, on the booking details page, on the confirmation page and in the booking confirmation email. Attention: please read the cancellation terms and conditions carefully before confirming the reservation. If you do not agree with the imposed cancellation policy, the reservation cannot be confirmed.
Collecting reviews
Natura Travel may collect reviews (opinions about hotels, destinations, services offered by Natura Travel and its partners) from its customers after they have returned from vacation.
Clients agree to the publication of reviews on the site or to be used offline by Natura Travel consultants in order to recommend hotels/destinations, to the publication of the names of the people who provided the review and their dates.
Reviews can be collected online, in the review collection system available on the website www.naturatravel.ro or offline (by email or phone) by Natura Travel consultants.
Natura Travel reserves the right to refuse certain reviews, especially those with vulgar language. Before publishing reviews on the site, Natura Travel reserves the right to edit grammatical and expression errors, without changing the meaning of the words. Reviews provided by customers become the property of Natura Travel and cannot be published on other sites.
Other general terms and conditions applied to Natura Travel services
Product Return Policy
According to OG. 34/2014, Natura Travel does not have a product return policy.
Warranty/Service Conditions
Before placing the order, the customer must agree to the “Terms and Conditions” of Natura Travel. As there are differences between the types of services offered, namely airline tickets, hotels, city breaks, travel medical insurance, the reservation cannot be completed if the customer does not check the box corresponding to the acceptance of the “Terms and Conditions”. According to OG. 34/2014, the warranty/service conditions do not apply to services booked on the website www.naturatravel.ro.
Complaints
The problem that occurs during the tourist’s stay must be urgently communicated to Natura Travel in order to be able to resolve it in a timely manner. Also, any complaint must be made in writing to the accommodation unit, and a copy must reach Natura Travel within a maximum of 2 days from the end of the stay. All complaints/claims will be investigated and a response will be provided immediately after a complete analysis of the situation presented.

Visas and vaccines
Visas are not included in the displayed rates. Tourists are responsible for obtaining them in a timely manner. Tourists must also ensure that their travel documents (passport or identity card) are valid for at least 6 months from the date of leaving Romania.
Mandatory vaccines for certain destinations are also the responsibility of the tourist.
Payment
No other payment methods are accepted other than those presented on the Site and we assume no responsibility for amounts of money sent by courier.
Depending on the terms and conditions imposed by the hotels, at the time of booking you may be asked to pay in full or in part for the reserved service, and the payment will be made to the account of Natura Travel, the hotel or its representative.
In certain cases, your credit card details may be transferred to the Travel Service Provider. The provider in question will take over the payments for your reservations.
Payments for hotels are made in accordance with the paragraph above.
Natura Travel or the Tourist Service Provider assumes no obligation to issue tickets, vouchers or other travel documents in the event of non-payment of the ordered services in full. In any case, you are responsible for paying the amounts related to the ordered tourist services.
Payment can be made with the main credit cards recognized and presented in detail on the Site (in its footer).
Natura Travel or the Tourist Service Provider reserves the right to charge any additional fees (or commissions) that may occur at the time of reservations via credit cards. In this case, you will be informed of the applicable commissions. Natura Travel reserves the right to transfer the costs generated by charge back penalties. If your reservation is paid with another person’s credit card, we reserve the right to request written authorization from that person.
If requested by your credit card issuer, Natura Travel or the Travel Service Provider reserves the right to send tickets, vouchers or other travel documents to the address you provided when issuing your credit card. Incorrect information about this address may result in cancellation of your reservation, delay in delivery of travel documents and may result in an increase in the confirmed fare. Please ensure that your billing address details match those on your bank statement.
In addition, to minimize the effects of attempted fraud on your credit card, before issuing travel documents, we reserve the right to perform random checks, to request proof of your address and a copy of your credit card, as well as a recent bank statement.

Payment methods
Travel documents related to the reservation (airline ticket, travel voucher or invoice) can be sent by email to the address entered when initiating the reservation, by post (to the address specified when making the reservation) or can be picked up directly from our headquarters. Our consultants can provide you with detailed information at any time, if necessary.
Using the Site
SC Natura Travel is not responsible for the User’s abilities to access or use the Site nor for failures resulting from the lack of such abilities. Natura Travel does not guarantee that the Site cannot be affected by viruses or other actions that may generate malfunctions or other losses.

You can subscribe to the Natura Travel newsletter, which will be sent to your email address and will include news and special offers as well as other information.
Prohibition of access to the Site
Natura Travel reserves the right to prohibit your access to the Site at any time without prior notice.
SC Natura Travel SRL’s Responsibility
Natura Travel is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from the provisions of this contract, from the faulty use of the Site or the tourist services booked and purchased on the Site.
Natura Travel is not responsible for direct and/or indirect losses suffered by the user caused by, but not limited to: possible fare differences, lack of availability, as well as any other incorrect information communicated and/or taken from airlines and/or hotels or by all and/or any of the partner companies that provide tourist services through www.naturatravel.ro).
Natura Travel reserves the right not to provide tourist services whose rates have been displayed incorrectly. In the event of the occurrence or display of possible pricing errors, the user agrees to waive all and any claims against Natura Travel, and Natura Travel will return the amounts paid by the user as soon as possible.
Natura Travel is only responsible for direct losses whose value will not exceed the total price of the purchased tourist services (except in cases of death or personal accidents whose value has no limit).
Natura Travel cannot guarantee the uninterrupted provision of the Site and cannot be held liable for losses of any nature suffered as a result of this, including any unrealized profits.
Links to other Sites
This Site may contain links to other external web pages and operated by other parties involved. Natura Travel has no control or association with these web pages and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, integrity or quality of these web pages of the parties involved.
The content of these external web pages does not reflect the products, services or information provided by Natura Travel. Any opinions regarding the content of these external web pages should be directed to the administrators of the pages in question.
Force Majeure or Insolvency of the Tourism Service Provider
Natura Travel is not responsible in the event of events caused by force majeure or in the event that the tourism service provider becomes insolvent. Major events include, but are not limited to, government interventions, wars, kidnappings, fires, floods, accidents, storms, strikes, terrorist attacks, etc. that may affect Natura Travel or its suppliers.
Exchange rate
The exchange rates quoted on the Site are derived from multiple sources and may not always be updated daily. It is imperative that you check the exchange rates on the day you make your reservation.
Changes to the Site
Natura Travel may modify the design or content of the Site, including the availability of travel service providers, the database, as well as other features of the Site.
Copyright and Trademark
Copyright, ownership rights and content of the Site are reserved by SC Natura Travel SRL. The material contained on the Site is the property of SC Natura Travel SRL or its affiliates, unless they are recognized as belonging to other parties involved.
The name Natura Travel, as well as other trademarks, logos or graphic elements contained in the Site are registered trademarks of Natura Travel or its affiliates. Other company, product or service names appearing on the Site may be registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Privacy
The terms of Natura Travel‘s privacy policy are set forth in these Terms and Conditions. You consent to the use of your personal information by Natura Travel or its affiliates and other involved parties, in accordance with the terms and for the stated purpose stipulated in Privacy Policy of Natura Travel.
Security Policy
Natura Travel uses secure technology to protect your personal information and financial transactions. Natura Travel complies with the security procedures and standards stipulated in the Natura Travel Security Policy. Online purchases are no longer a novelty. If you choose to pay by credit card, your credit card details are encrypted during the transaction, ensuring increased security. Natura Travel uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which ensures increased security in online purchase processes via credit card.
Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
Natura Travel reserves the right to modify or update the Terms and Conditions relating to the use of this Site at any time, without prior notice to Users. The current version of the Terms and Conditions will be displayed on the Site from the date the modifications come into effect. Continued use of this Site after the publication of these modifications will constitute your acceptance of these modifications.
The governing law of these Terms and Conditions represents the contract between the User and Natura Travel and is governed by the laws of Romania. In the event of any disputes, the competent court is considered to be the court of the municipality of Cluj-Napoca. In the event of any disputes, the Romanian version of the Terms and Conditions will be taken into account.
