According to the requirements of Regulation No. 679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, our website is obliged to manage the personal data you provide us about yourself securely and only for the specified purposes.

– informing Customers about the fulfillment of the contractual and legal purpose, both in order to continue providing the company’s services and in order to communicate and keep Customers informed about all the company’s services, regarding the issuance of guarantees, execution of works, range of products and services, orders, etc. The data with which Customers register on the site will be used exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes.

(a) you contest the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data;

(b) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;

(c) we no longer need the personal data for the purpose of processing, but you request it from us for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court;

(d) you have objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21(1) of the GDPR, for the period during which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of the company override your rights.

• • Right to data portability : you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transmit these data to another controller, without hindrance from us, if:

(a) the processing is based on consent pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1) or point (a) of Article 9(2) of the GDPR or on a contract pursuant to point (b) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR; and

(b) the processing is carried out by automated means.

• • The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling , which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. You do not have this right if the decision:

(a) it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between you and a data controller;

(b) it is authorised by Union or national law to which the controller is subject and which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the data subject; or

(c) is based on your explicit consent.

• • Timeframe : The Company will attempt to respond to your request within 30 days. However, the timeframe may be extended for specific reasons related to the specific legal right or complexity of your request.

Basic notions, terminology regarding the Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data

The protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data is a fundamental right provided for in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and in the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU).

The protection of personal data represents the right of the individual to have those characteristics that lead to his or her identification protected and the correlative obligation of the state to adopt appropriate measures to ensure effective protection.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, address, personal identification number, identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or upon sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

The Data Controller is the natural or legal person, governed by public or private law, who determines the purposes and means of the processing. This means that the controller has decided to process personal data through certain operations, carried out by automated means, as well as by means other than automated means.

Processor means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

Incident , or personal data security breach, means a breach of security that leads, accidentally or unlawfully, to the destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed.

SC Natura Travel SRL processes personal data according to the following principles:

(f) processed in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, by taking appropriate technical or organisational measures (“integrity and confidentiality”).
